Yes we are able to offer a wide range of different maintenance plans covering all your needs to keep your site operational and compliant. Please Contact us to discuss your requirements and how we can help you.
Yes we can build anything from a small panel to a complete automation system from scratch. We don’t need any technical expertise from you – you tell us what you would like the system to do and we will produce a “Functional Design Specification” for you to confirm you are happy with, we can then produce a panel design for you to confirm you are happy we have included all of your requirements. Once we are happy we will build your panel. We can then bring the panel to your site and install and commission it.
You the customer will own all designs, drawings, software we produce for you once any invoice has been paid. We will pass over copies of any software either via cd, memory stick, email or cloud download. Drawings and designs will be supplied in either paper or soft copies or both. If you need a copy of drawings or software from one of our previous projects please get in touch.
Yes in most cases we can carry out modifications to your existing panels. Even if you don’t have existing drawings of your panels we can usually create a new set by surveying the panel to enable us to modify the panel. We can usually modify exisiting PLC and SCADA programs assuming we have the application software, If you have an uncommon PLC we may need to purchase the application software. Even if you don’t have a backup we can usually still work on your PLC or SCADA system. We may encounter problems if the software has been password protected but we would always do our upmost to get around any issues.
Whether you want us to visit your site periodically to complete regular software back ups or just visit once to get a complete back up of your software we can backup all your programs onto your preferred media to store yourselves or we can back it up to a customer specific external hard drive which we can then store in our own secure storage for you giving you peace of mind all your backups are stored safely. We can also do this for all your electrical drawings, inverter parameters etc please Contact us for a price.
We can’t give you a 100% garauntee we can fix your breakdown, however with out extensive experience we are pretty confident in 99.9% of cases we can diagnose the fault. Whether we can then fix it immediately will depend on whether we need to get parts and if we do what the availability on these is. We do use a wide range of suppliers and will do our upmost to get any part needed as quickly as possible. We will also look at options to carry out a temporary repair to get you back up and running again in some way whilst we are obtaining the correct part.
