No-one wants their site not running at full capacity or even worse shut down due to a breakdown. We are able diagnose and repair electrical faults on your site on anything from electrical panels, motors, frequency inverters, instrumentation, automation and sensors to name just a few. We are just as happy working on 24v as we are working on 400v and have the necessary equipment and experience to get your site back up and running again as quickly and safely as possible.

Fault finding in electrical panels is our “bread and butter” work and is what we have done for a wide range of companies across a wide range of different industries. We always aim for a right first time approach to get your equipment back to full operation on our first visit. Unfortunately this isn’t always possible if the issue is due to a component failure as it may be necessary to order in the correct replacement part or repair your existing parts – if we do need to do this we have the experience and supplier knowledge and partners to be able to get your part onsite or if possible overhaul your current part and your equipment back up and running in the most time efficient way whilst always keeping you informed of the lead times and costs involved. We will also always advise if we can see an improvement to try and prevent site breakdowns going forward.

We can also work with you to allow us to “dial in” remotely and attempt to diagnose your current issues through your PLC software without even visiting your site. This can save time and costs if possible and we can advise any site engineering staff of any parts which require replacing or ensure we have the parts we may need with us when we visit our site.
